Welcome to the Spring 2025 Spring BOD Meeting. As we approach this date, additional details will be made available. In the meantime, the tentative agenda is as follows:

Tuesday, May 13th

• 8am - 5pm - Finance, Strategic Development and Executive Committee Meeting (Committee Members only)

• Dinner will be with small groups at restaurants of their choosing

Wednesday, May 14th

• 7am - Breakfast

• 8am - Noon - Meetings

• Noon - 1pm - Lunch

• 1pm - 5pm - Meetings

• 6pm - Cocktails

• 7pm - Group Dinner

CIRCA Finance & Investment Committee participants will need to arrive on Monday, May 12th. All other attendees should be able to arrive on Tuesday, May 13th. All will be able to depart on Thursday May 15th. CIRCA will only reimburse Monday night for Finance & Investment Committee members and will not reimburse any stay for Thursday evening.
