DAVE ROBERTS

Chairman

Dave Roberts is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Excel Contractors Inc., an industrial construction firm headquartered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Founded in 1983, the privately-owned EXCEL services a wide range of markets, guiding owners and shareholders toward more efficient operations with enhancements that will serve production for many years.

JASON OSWALD

President and Managing Director

Jason has over 20 years of P&C expertise and holds the Associate Captive Insurance (ACI), Associate Risk Management (ARM) and Construction Risk Insurance Specialty (CRIS) professional designations. Jason is a graduate of the University of Nebraska where he received a BSBA in Actuarial Science.

Mr. Nichols is a Vice President at Marsh McClennan, a position he has held since 2005.  He is also a Senior Vice President at McGriff, a position he has held since 2005.

TRACY SCHIEFFER

Vice President

Tracy Helmcamp Schieffer is Vice President of A. L. Helmcamp, Inc. Mrs. Shieffer has held the position since 1996 and has been Chief Financial Officer of the Company since 1988.

BILL FISCHER

Vice President

Bill Fischer is President & CEO of Evans Roofing Company. Evans Roofing Company is a commercial roofing contractor with operations in New York and North Carolina. Evans has completed projects in 42 states and Canada. Mr. Fischer has worked in various capacities with the firm since 1985.

RICK GARRETT

Rick Garrett is the CFO of Laney Companies, which is an industry leading street & road contractor headquartered in Maryland.

Secretary

SRS provides client-focused management and consulting services to the insurance and alternative risk financing industry. They have built an industry-leading position in the US, Europe, and offshore captive insurance market, and play a key role in CIRCA Ltd. operations.
