Welcome to the Fall 2027 BOD Meeting. This meeting is for CIRCA Ltd Directors and Committee Members, plus special invited guests and service providers. As we approach this date, additional details will be made available. In the meantime, the tentative agenda is as follows:

Wednesday, October 13th

• 8am - 5pm - Finance, Strategic Development and Executive Committee Meeting (Committee Members only)

• Dinner will be with small groups at restaurants of their choosing

Thursday, October 15th

• 7am - Breakfast

• 8am - Noon - Meetings

• Noon - 1pm - Lunch

• 1pm - 5pm - Meetings

• 6pm - Cocktails

• 7pm - Group Dinner

CIRCA Finance & Investment Committee participants will need to arrive on Tuesday, October 12th. All other attendees should be able to arrive on Wednesday, October 13th. All will be able to depart on Friday October 15th. CIRCA will only reimburse Tuesday night for Finance & Investment Committee members and will not reimburse any stay for Friday evening. Rates for this meeting are extended +/- 3 days for those that wish to enjoy this resort.
